They have introduced a whole new array of sea creatures to the fascinating shark tank that soothes, relaxes and entertains diners as they enjoy delicious dishes with flavours from across the world.
The raggies that have long gazed into our dining room are now back in the aquarium. Taking their places are three sub-adult silvertip sharks measuring around 1.5 meters, three black tip reef sharks, three giant guitarfish, 10 springer (also known as skipjacks), 20 pick handle barracudas, three rock cods, a white blotched rock cod, a Malabar rock cod, a potato bass rock cod, a blood snapper and a yellow fin emperor.
The unique marine showcase has been carefully designed to ensure there’s plenty happening at every level – while the sharks crisscross the exhibit in a matter of seconds, moving from top to bottom, the guitarfish and the rock cods tend to lay low. The Barracuda hover somewhere in between.
Enjoy a starter or tasty main as the rock cods peek out at you from the pots and crates and the blood snapper and emperor stay close to the windows.

Dress code: Smart casual (no flip flops or shorts for the dinner sitting)
Children under the age of 12 years are not permitted for the dinner sitting
