Weekend Warrior, an initiative by Torre Parts and Components for 4x4 enthusiasts to participate in a weekend outdoor club, will be running an adventurer’s 4x4 trail at Buffalo Gorge, Mpumalanga on Saturday 5th September.
Buffalo Gorge is situated in the scenic 'Avontuur' valley, on a farm approximately 36km north of Middelburg, Mpumalanga on the Groblersdal N11 road. The venue offers Eco- 4x4/Quad safaris, horse riding, pony rides, abseiling, bird watching, hiking trails, mountain biking, nature walks and rock climbing.
There is a rustic bush camp consisting of tents and 20 private campsites for caravans and private camping. Activities planned for the day include a 4X4 trail at R200 per vehicle, abseiling at R300 per person (optional but a minimum of 10 people required).
A maximum of 20 vehicles will be allowed to partake on the day and pre-booking is essential. To attend the event bookings must be done on the website www.theweekendwarrior.co.za.
