The 2nd annual Trails In Motion Film Festival [TIMFF] presented by The North Face will be taking place in March and April 2014. Having been launched in 2013, the country's first and only dedicated trail and ultra running film exhibition attracted over 500 trail and outdoor enthusiasts to screenings at venues in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg. This year the festival returns to these three host cities with organisers having added two new destinations to the schedule, namely Stellenbosch and Plettenberg Bay, both in the Western Cape.
Under a new two-day format, audiences will have the opportunity to attend one or both nights of the festival, enjoying an exciting selection of short and documentary films from around the world, including submissions from France, the USA, Hong Kong and South Africa. A star-studded list of guest speakers including trail running athletes Robyn Kime, AJ Calitz, Iain Don-Wauchope and Dirk Cloete, as well as local film maker Greg Fell and prominent race organiser Mark Collins, will also be present at various screenings around the country offering unique insight to their involvement in the sport.
