The Spur GLB46 Ultra

The second running of the Spur GLB46 Ultra 46 km trail race takes place in the Groenlandberg Mountain range. This is an individual race, and is not scored as part the Spur Cape Winter Trail Series.

IMPORTANT INFO:

This course is a challenging but most spectacular route - you could be out there for 5 hours or more. THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE AID STATION on route at the 22.5km mark, so, please take what you need (we recommend at least 1 litre water, with mountain streams at fairly regularly intervals – see www.wildrunner.co.za for trail running packs and bottles).

Registration: Will take place on Saturday at Paul Cluver, prior to the event from 05h00 - 07h00.
Kit-Check: There will be compulsory kit-check from 05h00 - 06h30 on the day of the event.
