National Geographic Channels brings the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Exhibition to Durban!
Durbanites can look forward to a photographic wonder-world at the bottom of the sea when National Geographic Channel brings the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Exhibition to the uShaka Marine World Aquarium on July 25. The exhibition runs until September 25.
It features one hundred of the world's most amazing wildlife photographs taken by seventy-seven top international photographers. The exhibition is an annual event, co-owned by the Natural History Museum of London and BBC Worldwide and comprises a carefully chosen selection from a massive 48 000 entries submitted from 98 countries worldwide. This year, there's a special South African touch with work from local talents Brent Stirton, Jean Tresfon, Heinrich van den Berg, Kim Wolhuter, Frits Hoogendijk, Thomas Peschak and Hannes Lochner.
The exhibition will be open to the public from the 25th July to the 25th September 2013, at uShaka Marine World, 1 Bell Street, Durban.
