Description: Dress in your wackiest outfit and join us at the Wacky Wine Festival Weekend. The festival will embrace the usual line-up of fun-filled activities but this year including a 16km trail run, 6km vineyard run/walk through the vineyards tasting the various wines as you go (prize for the whackiest outfit!) and a 2km run for the kiddies. A weekend filled with fun!16km will start off in vineyards before heading into the hills for some true offroad running before returning through the vinyeards. The 6km will meander through the vineyards but will also incorporate winetasting at the “water tables.” Walkers & wine tasters – this is also for you! Come walk the 6km route tasting wines and enjoying the festive spirit. This is a great way to start the day before settling in for a day of wine tasting, rugby and live bands in the evening. This is one weekend not to be missed and there is guaranteed fun for the whole family.
