ProNutro AfricanX Trailrun

After four incredible years in Kleinmond, the ProNutro AfricanX Trailrun presented by New Balance has moved to Houw Hoek. Taking place the weekend of 19 – 21 April 2013, event organisers have released the much anticipated stage one route description with stage two and three descriptions scheduled to be released in the New Year.
“Runners can look forward to a fun filled weekend of trail running,” says Michael Meyer, Director of Stillwater Sport & Entertainment, organisers of the ProNutro AfricanX Trailrun presented by New Balance. “We are very excited by the venue change for 2013. Our route designers have gone out of their way to identify the most spectacular route for each stage. With a new venue comes the excitement of new routes, new experiences and new memories to be made. Runners are guaranteed a memorable experience like no other”.

Total Ascent: 800m
Waterpoints: Four in total (on the 6km, 11.5km, 16.5km and 24km mark)
